Henry Ford Health Rochester Hosts Community Health Fair

For school aged children in Rochester Hills, Rochester, Auburn Hills, Oakland Township, and Leonard Township whose families qualify for Medicaid or participate in government assistance programs. 

Health screenings include vision screenings and sports physicals.
