Welcome to Whoville Cookie Decorating
Celebrate Downtown Rochester’s Fire & Ice Festival Grinch style! Come decorate Grinch cookies with royal icing, while sipping on hot cocoa from our cocoa bar. This family friendly class is $25 per person and will go on from 6-7:30 pm. Walk around town afterward to enjoy the ice sculptures and lights, and wrap up with the fireworks, just 1 block away!
