Tool Team Home Solutions was founded to bring a higher level of craftsmanship, reliability, and communication to the home improvement and handyman industry.  Its story begins with a legacy rooted right here in Rochester, Michigan. Longtime residents may remember the North Hill Marathon Gas Station, at Tienken and Rochester Road. It was opened in 1973 by the founder’s father, Robert Einheuser, who also owned the North Hill Marathon Auto Service Center tucked under the bridge on South Street. For the family, those businesses were more than a livelihood — they were classrooms for learning the values of hard work, honesty, and treating every customer like a neighbor. Those early lessons continue to shape the heart of Tool Team today.  With a background in automotive engineering program management, those same principles of precision, process, and pride in workmanship have been carried into residential construction.  Tool Team Home Solutions officially opened in March 2025, evolving from a small handyman service into a trusted home improvement company capable of tackling projects of all sizes. The company has quickly earned a reputation for dependable service, clear communication, and genuine care for both the work and the homeowners they serve.

Tool Team Home Solutions’ office is located in the historic Twist and Drill factory building off Tienken and Rochester Road — a fitting home for a company built on craftsmanship and community.

The Tool Team trailer, often seen around town, is affectionately nicknamed “Betsy.” In just their first six months of business, they’ve earned over 50 five-star Google reviews, reflecting their commitment to service and quality.

Tool Team originally opened as a handyman company, but quickly evolved into a full-service home improvement company — agile enough for in-home service calls yet skilled enough to handle remodels and larger projects. They're proudly based in Rochester and serve the majority of Oakland and Macomb Counties, helping homeowners, with reliable, high-quality work they can trust.
