Rata2ee Kids' Baking Class - Cupcake Wars!

Kids Holiday Baking Classes, Ages 7-12
 
December 7 – Cupcake Wars:         
Please bring 1 secret ingredient in a Ziploc bag. Good examples would be: peppermint extract, hot fudge or pudding, pre-cooked bacon pieces, etc. (no cans or whole bags of items,                                       please). Also come with ideas for creative decorating (last  year’s winners are shown in the pictures above). We will have topping decorations such as sprinkles and frosting.
 
December 14 – Fudge:                     
A basic fudge will be made; we will provide additional toppings for each person’s individual serving to take or eat
 
December 21 – Cookies:                  
Kids will work on making a holiday cookie, and while those are baking, they will decorate pre-made sugar cookies
 
Parents can enjoy an evening stress free, having a cup of tea and eating a scone * OR can enjoy some kid-free Christmas shopping in our beautiful downtown Rochester, while kids work on their holiday baking skills. Rata2ee will provide each child with an apron (that we keep), and a disposable chef’s hat (that the child can take with them). Each child will get a serving of what they bake, to eat or take home with them. All classes are $25 per child. (scone & unlimited tea for adults is a $7 additional charge).
