Hands-On Gardening Workshop at the Tearoom!

Get your hats and britches on, and come on over to Tonia's Victorian Rose, a cute Victorian Tearoom in Downtown Rochester, to attend an outdoor gardening workshop with Jennifer Ott, from MyThyme Gardens! This hands-on workshop is a two-part class. The first one is Tuesday, April 23rd from 10 am to 12 pm and will focus on learning how to properly clean an area after the winter, separate overgrown plants and prepare the soil for planting. The second workshop is Tuesday, May 7th from 10 am to 12 pm and will focus on learning how to design the layout and plant the herbs and annuals.

This workshop is $10 per person per day. Pre-registration is required. Please register by emailing Jennifer Ott at: mythymegardens@gmail.com. Please include:

Jennifer will reach out to you a few days before the first workshop to make arrangements for payment and to give other details. Items you will need to bring: work gloves, sunscreen or a hat, smiles on your faces. :-) MyThyme Gardens will provide tools, and Tonia's Victorian Rose will provide complimentary scones and lavender lemonade.

During the 2nd Workshop, please bring a pot and for an extra $5 every person will walk home with a potted annual or herb garden!
