Our next meeting will be hosted by The French Lady, Claude Pellerin. Born in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Claude has been cooking all her life. In addition to living in the North of France, she has also lived in Strasburg on the French-German border, and Paris. Well-versed in the diverse cuisines of her home country, she can provide an authentic taste of France to anyone who tastes her cooking. Cooking, baking, and entertaining are her passions. She prepares each meal from scratch with not just love and care, but with technique and expertise.
